At Crystals Wholesale USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone purchases. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack the crystals in their original protective wrapping and sturdy boxing to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned stones, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
